Clean Eating Peanut Butter & Banana Quesadilla

Did someone say peanut butter and bananas?
This treat hits the spot when I'm looking for something a little sweet!
🍌Peanut Butter & Banana Quesadilla🍌
INGREDIENTS:
1 big tortilla (Can use brown rice or whole wheat or ezekiel tortillas - I use Tumaro's Low Carb whole wheat)
Cooking spray or coconut oil for pan
1-2 tbs of peanut butter, almond butter or any other nut butter you like
1/2 banana, sliced
3-5 Dashes of Cinnamon
Drizzle grade A maple syrup or raw honey
DIRECTIONS:
Spread the peanut butter on only half of the tortilla-evenly. Next, evenly divided your sliced bananas over that. Fold over the other half.
Pre-heat a skillet over med. heat with some cooking spray (or coconut oil) and put the quesadilla on. Cook on both sides for about 2 mins until golden.
Put on a plate and sprinkle cinnamon all over. Cut into about 4-5 slices. Lastly, drizzle honey, or maple syrup over. Enjoy! Best when warm!
